We are now on site with a Primary Substation which sits behind the multi-storey car park.

The Substation will provide power for the whole of our 100% electric development.

It will supply up to 20MVA of electricity, which is enough to run:

• 5 arenas, or
• 40 trams, or
• 4,000 flats, or even
• 10,000 kettles.

The project is due to finish in the spring of 2026.
