Our 45-minute Mindfulness Taster fits neatly into your lunch break and is ideal for beginners.

At 12:30 on Wednesday, 4th February, join us in the Auditorium of 1 New Park Square.

You’ll be guided through:

- 2 foundational mindfulness practices

- A simple explanation of what mindfulness is

- How it can support wellbeing, especially during darker months
